I know that we sustained a lot of damage from the Hurricane. It is going to be a slow process.

Thank goodness no one was injured. We would like to thank all those volunteers (Jane Gray, Ken Duncan, Steve Jones and others) who cleaned up the day after the storm.

Storm drainage pipes under the road on Niblick Place have been replaced. Some detours around this area will be necessary. Sidewalk & road work still has to be done. Hurricane delayed us. We apologize for inconvenience.

2023 proposed budget will be discussed at the November 8th board meeting according to the by laws and if approved will go into effect in January.
