Fairway Villas is a deed-restricted residential community located in North Port, Florida, offering a peaceful and well-maintained neighborhood setting.

The community was conceived and developed by General Development Corporation (GDC) and consists of 152 villas grouped into 38 clusters, situated on owner-owned land. Bordered on three sides by the former North Port Golf Club, Fairway Villas offers a unique combination of quiet charm and convenient location.

The Fairway Villas Property Owners Association, Inc. (FBPOA) was officially registered with the State of Florida on October 18, 1979. Control of the association was transferred from GDC to the residents on November 15, 1983. Today, the HOA is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the community’s homeowners, ensuring that Fairway Villas continues to thrive as a safe, attractive, and neighbor-friendly place to live.
