It’s an honor to serve as your new president, but more than that, it’s a duty I take seriously. Ten years ago, my wife and I bought into a community that was mostly old snowbirds. Today, we are more of a melting pot of people at all stages of life – and old snowbirds. To keep our sense of community, all of us need to be mindful of our diversity and treat everyone with respect. Let’s have a great year.

SPRING FLING 2025
The Illumination night has been postponed for the time being due to a daylight savings time conflict, but the party continues. Join your neighbors on March 14th at 6:30 pm for a fun filled evening of live music and dancing at 5485 Brassy Loop.
BYOB—sodas and bottled water will be provided.
Bring an appetizer to share. “Clam Chowder will be provided.”
Bring your own chair. Donations will be accepted.
