It was a privilege working with the Board of Fairway Villas for the last few years. As the President I appreciated the support that the Board and Management gave me. We are selling our unit and moving back up north but we have really enjoyed living at Fairway Villas. I know that the new Board will do a great job for all the owners and residents of Fairway Villas and I encourage you to help and get involved in your community.

Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting was held at the Hampton Inn on January 29th at 7 pm. The following owners joined the Board of Directors:

The Board of Directors revised the Rules & Regulations at the December 2024 Board Meeting. You should have received a digital copy—if you want a paper copy you can stop by and pick one up at the office.
