It has been an extremely unusual season for all our snowbirds and full time residents. Hope you have safe travels when you head north. The special assessment meeting was held on March 20th at 6 pm.

The assessment was passed and owners have until May 20th to pay the full amount. Don’t forget to turn the invoice over to your insurance company for “LOSS ASSESSMENT COVERAGE”.

PROJECT UPDATES

We are moving forward with the projects as soon as we get assessment passed.
Sidewalks have been replaced that were damaged during storm.

We are on our 5th electrician trying to get the streetlights up and running. We have to order the missing poles, fixtures and globes.

Contract price has been agreed to on the roof project. The contract has been sent to our attorney for review.

Pump houses were not reimbursed by the insurance company. We have to order those and as of now we don’t have a time frame.
